wonderbread
I noticed, while all the other Mets were wearing blue undershirts, David Wright was wearing an orange undershirt. Are there any rules regarding undershirts in-game? I've seen Lincecum wear gray while the rest of the team is in black. I don't think there is one. And if there is, not strictly enforced. I think pitchers are not allowed to wear white sleeves. That's the only restriction I've heard of.What I'm really surprised about is that they don't make players cover up non-official sponsor logos from their undershirts, like the Nike ones that they (admittidly brilliantly) put right under the neck so it's visible all the time. Isn't nike an official sponsor of apparel?
BBTV
Actually, yeah - I guess that makes it less egregious, but isn't majestic the only "on field" licensee? TheStoicPaisano
Different rules for different articles of clothing.Just like NFL allowing for non-Nike shoes and gloves.
Bouj
Yeah. Nike undershirts are officially licensed and the logo is allowed in-game. Majestic's "on-field exclusive" relates to game uniforms and team jackets, like New Era is exclusive for headwear only. Go Astros!Go Texans!Go Rockets!Go Javelinas! McCall
And retro BP caps with the yellow front panel. Also that blue/yellow double outline on the back name and numbers is atrocious. Should've been a single white outline around the yellow lettering/numerals. https://dribbble.com/MakaioCall
zpqmaowl
They look absolutely terrible as BP uniforms, and even uglier in a game. the worst helmets design to me is the Jacksonville jaguars hamlets from 1995 to 2012 because you can't see the logo vary wall

Old School Fool
the brewers are wearing their retro batting practice jerseys for tonights gameYou know, I did this in MLB 14 The Show messing around but I never thought they would do it in real life. Wow.The hat is one of my favorites that I own and I almost wore it out today but instead I went with the 2014 Stars and Stripes hat.

Sodboy13
the brewers are wearing their retro batting practice jerseys for tonights gameFor the first and last time, I pray. Those things are abominations, and I had to listen to Bob Costas claim they were the same as what "Harvey's Wallbangers" wore. (2) Any part of an undershirt exposed to view shall be of a uniform solid color for all players on a team. Packid
Unless I'm misunderstanding the rule, wouldn't this Royals undershirt be a violation of part 2 in regards to pitchers? The color portion of the rule is routinely violated.
FiddySicks
M's vs. A's tonight is the best looking uniform matchup I've seen in MLB in a long time.I was actually at that game tonight. It was a great looking matchup, minus that stupid A's road cap. BS ending to the game on that final strikeout call that was almost above Nick Punto's head, but a good game overall.
