Damn I love a good gimmick game. I'm not sure which was creepier, him or Babe Ruth. Bob Gibson was decent but the rest of the CGI guys were just a little off-putting when a dad is talking about ghosts with his kids. Just splice in some old footage and maybe color him in next time.

Dynasty
That's a bummer... because I would've actually like things (offseason and trades) to have worked out for San Diego. They won't even have their most notable star for pretty much the rest of the season. They're totally gonna get swept by LA in the NLDS and then the big offseason question will be around Soto. Disappointment is calling.

Disappointment is calling. nlds? The Phillies passed them for the 2nd wc a while ago and would host a 1st round series, and they own the season series. Without their best player. EDIT: Ironic that Keith Hernandez said he wouldn't broadcast any more Mets/Phillies games because the Phillies suck at defense, and then the Phillies immediately go on to beat Scherzer and the Mets 2-1 in what was their best defensive game of the season. EDIT: No, it was correct. Any postseason game the Padres play will indeed count towards his suspension. I guess that makes sense. If he's ineligible to play in the postseason, but it didn't count and still had to serve those games next year, it would be like serving the suspension for those games twice. 2 Quote https://dribbble.com/MakaioCall
8BW14
Albert hit a grand slam for #690 today! He has been on a tear since the HR Derby. I so desperately want him to get to 700, a long shot, I know but I’d settle for 697 to get past Arod. He’s a shell of what he was obviously but it’s been so much fun to see him contribute for one last go-round.

DoctorWhom
So at what point do the yankees start panicking about their division? That near 20 game lead has now evaporated into a 7 game lead. Of course I would love nothing more than to see them go full 2011 Red Sox and completely squander that lead & miss the playoffs.
Partycrasher
I am fully convinced that even the 1927 yankees would immediately start crying and crapping themselves if they had to play the braves in any situation that would help the mets

8BW14
693 last night to beat the Cubs 1-0. Albert was the co- NL player of the week last week. It’s like it’s 2007 again. This is so much fun, screw 697, I want 700!
McCall
So that Jordan Montgomery kid looks pretty good. I sure wouldn't trade him if I was in need of pitching. Bet the Yankees wish they had him. Surprised they didn't try and get him. Oh well. 1 Quote https://dribbble.com/MakaioCall
