Yay.I think the Big Red Machine look is beautiful, but the Robinson vests have their charm. Perhaps a vest with the clean white and red of the 70's would be a nice original compromise with a red cap and a white-crowned alternate cap for some day games/throwbacks.reds should swich to teal Actually, they should just change their name to the "Teals". When you think about it, sports has nicknames like "Blues", "Grays", "Reds", "All Blacks", etc. I have no problem with teal as a color, but man does the actual word "teal" just sound weak compared to the more traditional colors.Holy crap! Obviously it's not the same as a patch, but I don't like the contrast when the real Mr. Met (yes, he is real) wears the off-white jersey. I personally think the cream looks fine and that Mrs. Met should wear either the same jersey as Mr. Met or maybe the blue alt. I've never liked the white alt, it's extraneous and overall unnecessary now that the beautiful blue alts are in play.
