Apparently, Don Shula forced his players to take painkillers during games at the risk of being cut. I think there is only one way to handle this situation.

Take away a Patriots draft pick.

Well, the lawsuit claims all 32 teams did it, so that whole thing doesn't really work here.

Yeah, because all 32 teams play utterly fair & square by the rules.

Face it, the Patriots got 10yrs in jail for jaywalking.

Um no the Pats go slapped for repeated cheating. I think deflate-gate and spygate just scratch the surface several players claim they have tapped into other teams communications in the past.

As for Shula and the pain killers, I think that was the policy of 1970's. Different era, that is why the NFL is getting sued.

LOL at the salty Patriot fans.

Jerry worked out both Ben Tate and his ninth son...Felix Jones.

Yea! Jerry wants to bring back the 2007 Arkansas backfield, who earned All-American honors... in 2015.

Even if there was no reason to draft a dude or sign young legs on a FA contract, there is no reason to sign either RB.

Jerruah must be sitting on an absolutely enormous surplus of Felix Jones jerseys, because I cannot fathom another reason why they would ever want to give him another shot.

The Cowboys offensive line is so good it may not matter who is back there

McFadden, if he can stay healthy should have relatively no problem rushing for 1,000 yards this season. The offensive line is just so stout, I think nearly any RB in the league could take a crack at rushing for 1,000 yards.

Its probably wishful thinking but I could see McFadden putting up DeMarco Murray type of numbers.

Not salty at all. Was just interested in the TNak excuse of "everyone did it so it's ok" which did not disappoint. Forcing an athlete to take painkillers is far, far worse than allegedly deflating a football.

It was the 1970's Brass, that was minor compared to what other teams were doing. Al Davis encouraged his players to use steroids.

Oh, ok. So since Al Davis did something similar, Don Shula should be off the hook. Since Aaron Rodgers over inflates his footballs, I guess, by your standards, that takes Brady off the hook. Great.

There's a storm of hypocrisy in this whole "scandal." Just like people who want to believe the Wells Report word for word, but forget (or don't even acknowledge) that the Patriots are innocent in this circumstance.

The Patriots have been the dominant team of a generation and won four Super Bowls, the last of which is not being taken away. Maybe you want to cool it with the victim act; it's not very flattering.

Patriots fans have the desire to enjoy the privileges they have and suffer the oppression that they don't. What asswipes, all of 'em.

Yeah, I remember some Patriots fans, moments after the Patriots beat the Eagles to win their third Super Bowl in four years, still referencing the early 90's and those 2-14, 3-13 seasons and saying how that third Super Bowl victory tasted so much sweeter because of how the team performed 10+ years ago.

Bears have had a solid offseason, making a lot of moves and bringing in some new oh crap and it's gone.

Ray McDonald arrested for domestic violence/child abuse again.
