If the throwbacks become more popular than the regular jerseys, there's a good chance they'll follow suit with Pittsburgh and Edmonton, imo. For Edmonton though, once their hot throwback phase cooled down, they immediately went back to navy. Imo, royal blue and orange is not a great full time look, albeit it is good for throwback nights. I think they started to see that. For Calgary, I kinda like having a little black in there. So if they want to overhaul those unis, I think it's better to not go full throwback. Im one of the few it seems who doesnt like the jets look with their double blue and clipart, corporate style logo. This retro look is much nicer. I'd be in favour of them updating the logo a bit too tho...maybe a revised 'jets' lettering and an updated jet silhouette. Could look really nice with a slightly modernised retro feel. As I've said before, it's 2019, Games are being broadcast in HD, we watch these games at home on our HDTVs, Royal Blue and Orange POPPED on my HDTV, the Navy and Orange, not so much.
