2010 NFL Season

I won't lie, it was clearly a fumble.

Lost in this is the fact the the Raiders had a 3rd and inches to ice the game

on the preceding drive, and got stuffed.

I think because the FG could only be made maybe 5 or 10 out of 100 tries, in addition to the situation makes it so great.

I mean, it was kind of cheap that there just happened to be an obscure rule that essentially no one but the refs knew about that fit the situation perfectly,

Funny how that seems to happen a lot in the NFL isn't it? Who else knew that Calvin Johnson's catch wasn't really a catch a few weeks ago?

Grrr... the Panthers lost. AGAIN!

no no no. You've got it all wrong. It's more like, "garrowall!"

Right. I forgot. Then it would have been funnier.

By the way, the Chiefs are the only unbeaten team left.

Link? I'm not sure I can believe an unsubstantiated post by someone who's been known to bend the truth.

Here ya go, scroll down about half way down and you'll be able to see for yourself. I didn't believe it either, until I checked for myself.

Blackout watch:

--The Lions, of all teams, avoid a blackout against the Rams.

--The Bills/Jaguars game will be blacked out...in Buffalo.

--The Raiders/Chargers game in Oakland will be blacked out, as well.

Blacked out vs a division rival who there's a big history of bad blood with? That's a bad sign.

What is that, the 3rd or 4th blacked out game that San Diego is involved in? I know 2 were home games, but now they're on the other side of the coin.

As for Oakland, how the hell did they sell out against St. Louis & Houston, but not San Diego?

Easy. They didn't.

To a Falcons fan, the 20-10 win over Cleveland was a tough, grind-it-out game.

To BlueSky, it was just another case of the Falcons being uber-lucky, since the weather in Cleveland was nice and sunny and warm, and Jake Delhomme was the QB in the second half....

Well if Jake Delhomme didn't throw that interception to the guy who tipped it dove on the ground caught it got up again ran it back for a touchdown to make it a 20-10 game then when the Falcons intercepted the Browns inside the 2 minute warning to seal the deal they would have lost.
