I will say that I don't really like this uniform, especially compared to their usual set and other throwback options they have. However, I can absolutely respect the work to make it as authentic as possible to the original. That helmet pattern is damn cool.

Fantastic it's about time that a team has done a throwback to the exact year and got it as accurate as possible. No it's not the Best Redskin uniform & yes they have better options to choose from but for being from 1937 it's fantastic. Uniform & especially the helmet and face mask.

I'm wondering if after this throwback reveal a lot of reveals will happen and we'll really see Nike really did to all the teams' uniforms (alternates, throwbacks, whites, cleats, etc.)?

This new technology where they can texture the helmets in so many different patterns is really going to change football helmet design in the future IMO. I've always felt that helmets have been somewhat underutilized from a design standpoint despite the decals and stripes, with this new technology they could really do some interesting things. This new texturing could really give some teams a very unique look.

Well, lets not go that far. It's definitely a hybrid, and obviously the color of the helmet and pants are debated here, as both the GUD and the Heritage Sports Art plaques had the pants and helmet as old gold. Still looks good though, except for...

Someone said they like the new throwback patch for when they remove the dude off the helmets.

Keep the stripes on the sleeves, take the spear off and replace it with the new patch.

I love everything about this uniform set. This may actually by my favorite alt uniform in NFL history. I think I like it even more than all of those gorgeous AFL throwbacks from a few years ago.

Not only does grey not even come close to matching the helmet, it also sticks out like a sore thumb against a uniform that features no grey at all.

I don't agree that gray is the neutral color for facemasks on throwback helmets that throwback to pre-facemask helmets. (you might have to read that sentence a few times). If that helmet didn't have a facemask, the color is open for interpretation.
