Ajarzebra
The helmet looks really good. I'm really hoping that they are keeping their current font, and the stripes use the same geometry to give it a really clean look. Teal numbers on the black jersey will be fine to read, much easier than the black numbers on their current teal jersey. The numbers don't need to be perfectly readable every moment of the game. This is such a great compromise to add more teal without making it the primary color.

Going from those to the satin finish black makes these an upgrade already. Nope. As an entire uniform set it is a huge downgrade. It's just blah and boring. Feels like a practice uniform. Upgrading one piece while downgrading every other piece in the set is not an upgrade.
bowld
Give me the current uni. Remove the stupid shoulder design, make the helmet all black and you would have a perfect look for the Jags
UnclearInitial
I feel like the jersey design is an upgrade, the stripes are better than the color blocks on the sleeves and pants and there’s no stupid shiny material on the shoulders. But the complete lack of gold kills these. Put the previous numbers on these with the double outlines and it’s a good set. The white and black jersey is absolute crap, who thought that it was a good idea to practically completely ditch two out of three colors for it? It’s a slight upgrade just because of how bad the previous set was but they’ll change again within a decade. and for :censored:s sake make teal the primary again. WavePunter
The current uniform with an all-black helmet and white numbers on the teal jersey is a fairly decent set.. Those 2 changes (along with promoting teal to primary) would instantly make them light years better.. The garbage helmet, shiny shoulder crap, and black numbers on the teal jersey are the biggest issues with this set.. If I could be picky with the current (while keeping the basic design and spirit of the current), I'd also remove the shoulder detail and tweak the pants stripe.. Otherwise, it's really not bad at all.. These concepts are trash though.. The Jaguars are gonna find a way to screw this up..

With no logo on the sleeves id say this is the best choice. It looks good on the Steelers and Jets. The jaguar will face the same direction (right) it does on all of their other gear. Why would they do it different for just the uniform? Teams with logos in profile often have rules that dictate which way they face when placed in certain spots. For example, the Cardinals’ logo faces right, but when placed on the left chest of a polo, it faces left so that it doesn’t “sniff the armpit.” I still don't have a website, but I have a dribbble now! http://dribbble.com/andyharry [The postings on this site are my own and do not necessarily represent the position, strategy or opinions of adidas and/or its brands.]

I dont think you can go wrong either way with the direction on the uniform, there's really no difference. The way they have it makes the most sense from a brand recognition standpoint and it seems like the obvious way to go.

IceCap
The helmet is an upgrade. Everything else is a downgrade. This team really can’t figure their own out. Clintau24
I'm tired of reading that the whole uniform is an upgrade solely because the helmet is changed. That alone doesn't make this current rumored design an upgrade whatsoever. The helmet changing is a good thing, but it does not and will not make this rumored design good. It's bland and boring and without a doubt an overall downgrade. "I believe in Auburn and love it!"
FiddySicks
Yeah, that’s on par with the original Reebok upgrade, at best. And I still dont think it’s even that good.
