There are a few things that need to be fixed on the pewter alt (Remove white and emphasize orange more, for one. More black, being the other IMO). But overall, this is a great alt. It might be nice to see them wear these with the white pants on occasion, though.

I actually like the Bucs in all pewter. They don't need an alternate, but if they're going to have one, that's probably as good as it gets.

The pewter fabric is definitely too dark, though.

Hopefully we get Bucco Bruce next year with the throwback field.

Not very often is Jacksonville in this discussion.

This game won't break the Top 3 since those games are easy to pick out:

1) Chiefs at Raiders

2) Packers at Colts

3) Eagles at Browns

I call last night's game the Nike Bowl. All pewter (it's damn near anthracite, let's not kid ourselves) vs all beige (which in Nikespeak is "bone") is a Nike wet dream.

Yeah...the original metallic Ripon pants had it right.  Anything they've had since then doesn't seem right.  I find it hard to believe that Nike can't do it right...I think they just don't want to.

Disagree and I don't think Jacksonville SHOULD be in any discussion for best uniforms. Not by a long shot. The current uniform set is too minimalist. About the only thing they got right with the redesign is the helmet. The lack of stripes on the pants are a terrible choice and the jerseys look weird with that teal piping. Another design where Nike crapped the bed and somehow the team approved the crappy look. Ugh.

The Steelers are my team since I'm from the area and they are my second favorite uniforms in the league next to the Raiders. I'm definitely not a fan of the color rash uniforms, although I wouldn't mind the black pants with a white jersey to be worn on the road once or twice per season, but even at that, I would still prefer the classic look.

I'll also admit that the Steelers set is probably my favorite in the league. It has just enough personality that it feels both modern and classic at the same time. I prefer the Futura over the standard block, but both look good. The only thing I can think of to improve the set would be matching the helmet and pants stripes, perhaps widening the helmet a tad and thinning the pants to match, and adding the sleeve stripes onto the socks. Regardless, everything with this set works and its undeniably a top-5 look in the league.
