Just matte.As an aside, I always thought USM looked better in the Vegas/metallic gold (going back to the 90s/Brett Favre days) rather than the bright yellow. Smart is believing half of what you hear. It seems kinda blah to me, but it seems it's the only thing they love. It's the same on every helmet. Just an observation. Would like these a lot more if there was a better stripe. I could picture some pretty solid looks, however, anything black will make them look way to halloweeney (ex. the black kit they released a few years back). Also, I don't think this "Nike of the ____" ever works out. Oregon and Nike are buddies based on the fact that the Nike headquarters is right next door and I believe the head honcho for Nike went to Oregon, correct me if I am wrong.
