All green vs. all red should be a Christmas game!!

Or Festivus.

.

For the rest of us?

You, Kruger Roger Goodell, my son tells me your company along with your colored monochrome vs monochrome uniforms for Thursday night NFL games stinks!

Haha, nice work NFL/Nike.

I almost never watch Thursday Night Football unless I'm really desperate and don't really know that many people who do because the matchups always suck and having games on Thursdays is a terrible idea because most people have lives. It's great that I now have even less of an incentive to watch games on Thursdays. Great plan, guys!

Am I the only one that thinks it's extremely cheap of the NFL to simply photoshop a photo of a player on the field to showcase their biggest news of the season? C'mon now...I'd actually take the stupid Nike promo shots and poses instead of this.

Yeh...I really hope they rethink this whole enforced monochrome thing, it's not for everybody. The Bills' red jersey would've looked great with the existing white pants. The red pants...if the were still wearing the Kelly-era red helmets, I'd be all for em. Not sure they'd look all that good paired with either the blue or white jerseys, though. The Jets, though....this is where I feel the NFL's insistence on alts being either throwbacks or recolors causes a lot of thirds to fall flat. The way I see it, thirds should be the uniforms you can experiment with, without having to rip apart solid existing uniforms first. Obviously, the NFL doesn't feel that way, otherwise they wouldn't have foisted these Colts ripoffs on the Jets.

Clown. Suits.

My alma mater played a football game on election night in 2008, where they were in mono blue and the opposing team wore mono red. Gimmicky dueling monochrome is something that low-level FBS teams were doing seven years ago. This is cutting edge for Nike and the NFL.

The most frustrating part of this whole thing is that these uniforms would actually be serviceable alternates if they were worn with white pants. I like the design of the JERSEYS themselves, especially the Bills. But from the jersey down is an unmitigated disaster.

I was actually trying to figure out where that Bills photo takes/took place. It's clearly not buffalo, but they (poorly) photoshopped the crowd to look like buffalos with the stands ridiculously close to the field. But i can't figure out what that endzone wordmark is.

Those just look awful.

Who thought this was a good idea? Hopefully there's enough backlash that this don't continue next year. But that's wishful thinking.

I don't mind color vs color on Thursdays or some other gimmick like Throwback Thursday (which I prefer.) but this color rush full mono nonsense has to go.

It's a shame cause the Bills actually would look nice with white pants.

I'm just glad the Packers are in next year's group. There still may be time to change this awful program.

My hope is the Packers are forced to wear a gold jersey and look like bananas, and they have to play the mono-purple Vikings.

Bananas vs. Eggplants.

White pants for both teams and this game would look pretty good. There is literally no need for the monochrome.

Yeah I don't get the need for monochrome, either. No one is going to the NFL shop to buy football pants.

Right, but if this game wasn't a :censored:show of two people having sloppy drunk sex at an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party, the average, non-uni obsessed person wouldn't know that the NFL and Nike have come together to create the Color Rush program, presented by Nike. These cutting edge Nike uniforms will highlight historic team colors and present them on the newest, space age Nike materials.

Furthermore, Nike.
